[Peacekeeping Mission in Istkalen] Flag Officer Candidates

After the passing of the presented Motion for the Establishment of a Peacekeeping Mission in Istkalen we must put ourselves onward this motion. I call for a Special Session with the approval of the Council Speaker; with the presence of @Istkalen and the Internal Affairs Commissioner Piane Daggott from @Icholasen; in the name of transparency in the process the hereby member nations with the exception of stkalen, Kingdom of Reitzmag, or the Archrepublic of Vayinaod, and not from anyone connected to the activities of the Joint Transitional Authority in Istkalen propose member states candidates for Flag Officer of this Peacekeeping Mission.

Major-General Ettore Stuart, commander of the Imperial Special Forces Command
BIO: Major-General Stuart rose through the ranks of the Imperial Armed Forces following the Inimician Revolution in 2011. Stuart has extensive experience managing special forces and infiltration operations, and recently commanded troops in the daring Inimician raid on the Neo-Venetian Capital, Operation Jackdaw. His heroic actions in this operation led to his most recent promotion to Major-General. Stuart's experience managing operational command has led to his appointment to the Imperial Defence Council, the first officer below the equivalent rank of Field Marshal to ever sit on Inimicus's highest operational command council.

Councillor Granger, according to the motion that regulates the Peacekeeping Mission in Istkalen, it is the Internal Affairs Commissioner and not the European Council who appoints a Flag Commissioner. The European Council and will not be involved in the appointment process under my temporary speakership.
