However Yosai in its current iteration is the most democratic form it has been, known as the '2nd Republic'. The Yosainese form of democracy has had its own run in's with authoritarianism and has lived though it in his youth as well as most of his generation.

Ambassador Shigata replied “Of course your majesty.” They then have a nice festive evening of food and wine. Two weeks later a ship showed up to the west Atlantic coast of the country. General Secretary Watanabe replied “oh of course not, we just have to see what, my only concern that given their behind technologically I’m just worried that other nations want to exploit or take advantage of them. Anyone have any ideas on how to proceed further?”

Ambassador Hideki Shigata replied “well Sir I have complied a report basically recommending a basic plan of starting with quality of life improvements, such as providing them medical supplies and slowly introducing them with medical technology and teaching them agricultural methods to feed more people and store their food longer, which will hopefully lead to lengthening their lifespan and also introducing them to cleaning agents to improve hygiene levels and reduce the chance of disease and then figuring out ways for their people to have easier access to clean water. I mean we can’t just give them aqueducts, sanitation and an entire plumping system out of nowhere.”

“True, well in any case I think I should at least meet the man first so that we can see what he actually wants.”

A military contingent as well as General Secretary Watanabe and Ambassador Shigata and Professor Maiyama then took a jeep to the front gates of Attella with guards at the gates again. Ambassador Shigata then were stopped at the gates again. “Afternoon officers, its just us again. We have a special guest with us this time. We have the leader of our nation General Secretary Junichi Watanabe who requests an audience with his majesty King Zagreus.”

General Secretary Junichi Watanabe got out of the vehicle “Good afternoon officers. I’m honored to be invited to your fine country.” He said dressed in his usual business suit wearing a gentle smile on his face as he waived at the guards. “I hear your King is a great man. I am looking forward to meeting him in person and I apologise for keeping him waiting this whole time.”

Junichi Watanabe and Kyomi Ishijo looked at each other then looked at President Mouri-Kudo. Well Madame President, I think we are done here. This has been a most productive meeting. We will send over a draft to your office by the end of the month in the meantime we will get a meeting going with the Yosai National Rail to get their input of a universal railway line. Junichi Watanabe smiled "It is as you say Prime Minister Niniistö , let us sign and make it official." The two leaders sat down and sighed the treaty and made thier relations official. A historic day fro both nations and ate and drank together when official state business was over.

ASHA replied "Basically yes we want a relatively premium quality but also budget console so that's why we came to you. You have the capabilities and manufacturing capacity to make it happen we would probably look at around 50-60% of sales price going to your company with perhaps a 10% of sales price of games going to you. Does that sound fair to you?"

The press conference continued for some time until the journalists had all of their questions were answered. Then the summit was concluded.

Secretary of Commerce & Industry Kyomi Ishijo offered her feelings on the matter. "Ah yes, Prime Minister Key this sounds like a good idea, It will be quite a process however.. How would this be undertaken ?"

Secretary of State Yuichi Matsuda replied "I assume this will take negotiations with our universities and company leaders and other education organisations. That's the reason behind the favored nation status within the 200 points on our citizens visa's with 0% tariffs. "

Mr Watanabe replied while smiling"Our government will be more than willing to send a delegation of heads of our major universities over as well as people from the Department of Education in terms of exchange programs and joint research projects, cultural festivals sounds interesting. Forgive me for this Mr Prime Minister , Your Excellency but I'm afraid I'm not really that familiar with UD holidays and customs. So this initiative would be a good step towards cultural relations. I am guessing this will involve cross communications between selected councils and tourism boards? Or do you have another thing in mind?"

"Of course, that is no problem to me Mr. Watanabe. It has been a pleasure to meet with you and reaching an agreement. I hope you have a great day and to see you again soon." Then the routinary press conference, a tradition in Yosai, took place and the Spanish President left the country. One of the most complex summits had just finished.

Yosainese Trade in the Mediterranean

The cargo ship the Atoyumaru will be making its way over from the Yosainese naval base of Shimisu in Southern Shannon. The Atoyumaru will be transporting sensitive military cargo to their allies in Mishar. This is ahead of negotiations between the two nations of the Mishar Republic and the Federal Republic of Yosai in regards Yosai negotiating trade investment of Yosainese military manufacturers setting up manufacturing plans in the Mishar Republic, a deal in which if it goes ahead would have months of inventory ahead of time from the goods already transported.

Yosai from today is set to begin trade in the Mediterranean Sea as it is going to be transporting goods from Tokyo to Praling. Yosai has recently purchased in Praling and intends to ship goods from Shannon County, UK to Pralinng Mishar via the Mediterranean Sea via military naval convoy to protect from interference of trade and seizure from pirates and other non-recognised and non-state actors.

“The situation within the Caribbean, particularly in Sertia and Gadalland & Aspern. It is the responsibility of the Federal Republic of Yosai to ensure the safety of it citizens at home and abroad. We find the arrest and borderline kidnapping of a Yosainese field reporter Akio Inoue for merely preforming her conventional duties as a field reporter then later for them to classify her conventional duties as “Sedition” has dampened future relations that were in the works between our nation and theirs.

We see it as our responsibility to use all means available to us to broker the release for Ms Akio Inoue, thus we will be interested in sending a delegation from the Department of state to speak to the Braetha and negotiate arrangements for the release of the journalist. We have spoken to her family and have advised we will use what means we have to resolve this situation.“

Geography
The Geographical make up of Yosai is made up of a variety of terrain topography and climate, from the fertile coats to the north and west to the arid deserts in the centre of the nation and the east. However most of the north west coast of the Atlantic is separated by the Fujiko mountains that are separate the coastal states from the desert states, a majority of 77% poulation live amung the fertile coasts while the 23% of the population live in the desert states.
